YEAR 2 (BRIDGING)

A minimum of a two year Higher Certificate (Level 6) is required in a discipline other than business studies.

YEAR 3 (AWARD):

BMNGT_7_Y3:

Higher Certificate in Business, with minimum of Pass result or successful completion of the Bridging Year of the Bachelor of Business in Management (Level 7).

 

 

 

 

 

 

Human Resource Management (BA) (Honours) Part-time

Entry Requirements :
Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management (Level 7) at grade H2.2 or higher.  Graduates of cognate programmes may also be eligible.

Accounting Technicians Ireland

Entry Requirements

Leaving Certificate with a minimum of Grade D3 in five subjects at Ordinary level. Subjects passed must include English and either Mathematics or Accounting. Mature students without a Leaving Certificate may be admitted at the discretion of Accounting Technicians Ireland.

 

 

 

ACCA Diploma in Accounting & Business

The Diploma is suitable for those aspiring to work or already working in the following types of roles:

• basic bookkeeping;                                                                                               • trainee accountant in a commercial organisation or accounting practice;     • accounts clerk in public or private sector.

The Diploma in Accounting and Business is broadly equivalent to HND level/equivalent to the first year of a degree.

 

 

 

Book-Keeping & Accounting (Introductory) Part-time

This course is intended to introduce participants to:                                 • Books of original entry.                                                                               •Value added Tax (VAT).                                                                         •Receivables (debtors) and Payables (creditors) ledgers                               •Treatment of PAYE, PRSI and other deductions.

 

 

 

Road Transport - Certificate of Professional Competence in Road Haulage & Road Passenger Transport (CPC)

Accounting (BBus) Part time (ACCS)

Entry Requirements:

DIReCTLY TO SEMESTER (1)

A Higher Certificate in Business with sufficient credits in Financial Accounting, Economics, Management Accounting, Business Law, and Business Mathematics & Statistics.


BRIDGING STUDIES

Graduates of the Institute of Accounting Technicians in Ireland or equivalent.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Digital Marketing (Certificate 20 Credits)

Entry Requirements:

Level 7 or Level 8 degree or relevant experience in an industry role. Candidates will be required to undertake an interview at CIT before admission to the course.

 

 

 

Higher Diploma In Business in Sales Management

Entry Requirements:

1. Candidates ideally should hold a Level 8 qualification in any discipline. Participants with such a qualification require 2 years’ experience in a role cognate to sales.

2. Candidates without a Level 8 qualification must be able to demonstrate sufficient relevant experience.

3. Candidates will be required to undertake an interview at CIT before admission to the course.

Entry Requirements: Applicants who have a minimum of an Honours Bachelor of Business in Accounting or an approved equivalent qualification and who qualify for exemptions from previous levels of the ACCA qualification are eligible to apply for entry to the programme.
Note
Students who qualified for a grant for their undergraduate studies may be eligible for a grant for this programme also.
